Our clinics will be closed (except for ACS and PATH) from 12/23 through 12/27. We will be open on 12/30 and 12/31. We will be closed at all sites (excluding ACS & PATH) on 1/1/25 and will return to our regular schedule on 1/2/25.
Our pharmacy will be open 12/23 (10am to 3pm), 12/26 (10am to 3pm), 12/27 (10am to 3pm), 12/30 (8am to 7pm), 12/31 (8am to 5pm). The pharmacy will be closed 12/24, 12/25 and 1/1/25 and will return to our regular schedule on 1/2/25.
